Nefadar Tablet
GENERIC NAME(S): Nefazodone
Uses
Nefazodone, sold formerly under the brand names Serzone, Dutonin, and Nefadar among others. This drug is used to treat depression. Due to the risk of liver disease, this drug is usually used after trying other medicines. Nefazodone works by helping to restore the balance of some natural chemicals (neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine) in the brain.
How to use Nefadar
Before starting use of Nefadar or Nefazodone and read each medication guide and patient information leaflet given by your pharmacist before you receive a refill. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Take this medicine by mouth or without food, usually twice daily or as directed by your physician.
Dosage is based on your medical condition and treatment response. To reduce your risk of side effects, your doctor may start you at low doses and gradually increase your dose.
Take Nefadar exactly as it is prescribed. Do not increase your dose or take this medicine more than it has been prescribed. There will be no improvement in your situation, and the risk of serious side effects can increase.
Use Nefadar regularly so that it can get the most benefit. To help you remember, take it every day at the same time.
It is important to continue this medication, even if you feel OK. Do not stop taking this medicine without consultation with your doctor.
This drug may take several weeks to take effect. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens.
Side Effects

Dizziness, drowsiness, lightness, nausea, dry mouth or constipation can occur. If any of these effects persists or worsens, tell your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
To diminish dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly while rising from the position of sitting or lying down.
To relieve dry mouth, (hard-grained) suck hard candies or ice chips, use sugar (sugar-free) chewing gum, drink water, or use saliva.
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this drug because he or she has decided that the benefit is higher than the risk of side effects. Many people using this drug do not have serious side effects.
Tell your doctor immediately if there is no possibility of these but there are serious side effects: confusion, weakness, unconsciousness, seizures, easy bleeding / wound.
If you have a very serious side effect, get medical help, including: black stool, vomiting coffee grounds, eye pain / swelling / redness, wide pupil, change in vision (like night rain in the vicinity of night Look, blurry vision).

Before taking Nefadar or Nefazodone, tell your doctor or pharmacist whether you are allergic to it; Or for trazodone; Or if you have any other allergens. This product can have passive elements, which can cause allergic or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.

Over Dose

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, then as soon as you remember, take it. If it is near the next dose time, then leave the thesis dose. Take your next dose at regular times. Do not double the dose to catch up.
Storage
