Decadron Tablet

GENERIC NAME(S): Dexamethasone

Uses

Dexamethasone, sold under the brand name Decadron among others. Decadron is used for the treatment of arthritis, blood / hormones / immune system disorders, allergic reactions, condition of some skin and eyes, respiratory problems, certain intestinal disorders and some cancerous conditions. It is also used as a test for adrenal gland disorder (Cushing’s syndrome).
This drug is a corticosteroid hormone (glucocorticoid). It reduces your body’s natural protective response and reduces symptoms such as swelling and allergic reactions.

How to use Decadron Tablet

Take Decadron guided by your doctor. Take food or milk to prevent stomach worsening. Precautions
