Cardizem

GENERIC NAME(S): Diltiazem Hcl

Uses

Diltiazem, sold under the trade name Cardizem among others. Cardizem is used to prevent chest pain (angina). It can help to increase and decrease your ability to exercise, how often you can have angina visits. Cardizem is called calcium channel blocker. It works by resting blood vessels in the body and heart and reducing heart rate. The blood can flow more easily and your heart less effort to pump the blood.

How to use Cardizem

Precautions
